This was a large, 84 lot, subdivision that was split with another builder.  With most lots have a steeply sloping grade, this subdivision was definitely a grading challenge.  The end result with a neighborhood with beautiful views, wonderful colour schemes, and stunning open plan homes.  All homes sold out within the year!  I worked closely on this one with the late Peter Isler.  I learned many things from Peter, his attention to detail was unmatched…you will be missed!
